Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may place an order as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account allows you to view your order history and save your information for a faster checkout experience in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not entered processing yet, we may be able to assist with changes or cancellation requests. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@krickets.llc with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at contact@krickets.llc with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the information. Once shipped, address changes may be restricted by the shipping carrier.


Shipping

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label has been created.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and order processing times. Estimated delivery information is provided during checkout whenever available.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and accessories where applicable. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details and eligibility requirements.

How do I request a return?

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are also responsible for securely packaging returned items.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Krickets LLC does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

How long do refunds take?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@krickets.llc and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
